PanelLock Homes was founded by Luke and Hannah Matthews, who launched the business from a yard in Awanui, Northland, with a vision to build homes faster and more efficiently for New Zealand communities.

Luke’s passion for Triboard housing began during his apprenticeship years, where he recognised the opportunity to improve traditional building methods through innovative panel construction systems. Through hands-on industry experience and a commitment to quality, Luke has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, high-quality housing solutions across the region.

Alongside growing the business, Luke and Hannah have remained strongly connected to their local community, supporting apprenticeships, local employment, and regional initiatives. Their practical leadership and industry experience provide franchise partners with ongoing guidance and support as they grow their own business.
